Review of Philips DICOM Viewer

The application consists of a series selector and a series viewer and supports basic image viewing operations like playing movies and adjusting image settings. The Philips DICOM Viewer is a read-only application, i.e., changes made to the images cannot be saved, but they can be exported to the system clipboard and/or an office printer.

Hi, does not work under Win11 .. requires NetFramwork however by root while running under root. Anyone knows to fix this bug? Or knows an other viewer for this images??

I could not get this to open at all on Windows 10 until I decided to try opening and running it as Administrator, and lo and behold it worked! I could not find a way to stop a video once playing as it would only work at Full or nearly Full screen, otherwise I would give it a 5.
